In-Store Shopping Update

You can continue to support our business and our incredible employees by shopping with us. Below, we've outlined temporary limitations for visiting our physical store. As always, you can order online if you know what you are looking for. If ordering online, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. 

In response to Covid-19, we have adjusted our store hours and operations for the safety of our employees and customers. Only our front door will be in operation with a line set up for sales and a line for services. Customers will only be allowed in with an employee. Please wait for an employee to come get you.

If you are bringing in a bike for SERVICE OR PICK UP, please wait in the line labeled SERVICE out front and someone will be with you shortly.  

If you are looking for a NEW BIKE OR PARTS, please wait in the line designated SALES out front. We will be letting you in the shop only if you are purchasing/shopping for a new bike. We are only allowing a limited amount of people in at a time to look at bikes. If we are already helping a customer, we appreciate your patience and ask you wait patiently so we may extend the same courtesy to everyone.

Limit customers in the store per the Health Department Safety Recommendations

Maintaining a 6 foot personal space whenever possible

REQUIRED face coverings (No mask = No service)

Enhanced cleaning protocols
